Shipping Policy

We fulfill all orders within 24 hours.

• $6.00 Standard Shipping Rate
• All orders over $150.00 receive free shipping
• Order drop off is available within 10 miles of our location on orders over $50.00

We do not ship to Domestic or International PO Boxes.

We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to addresses that are stated wrong on your order, please double check your information at check out.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Goldfinch Boutique is not responsible for packages once they leave our facilities. 

We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If your package is marked delivered but is not visible:

• Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct
• Visit your local USPS office with tracking information to see where package was dropped off
• Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.
