Refund policy

To initiate a return, please email shopgoldfinchboutique@gmail.com with your name, order number, and item you wish to return.

What Can You Return?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. All qualifying returns must be received within 15 days of receipt to receive a full refund, less shipping.

Returns past 15 days will be issued a store credit (Returns for store credit must be received within 30 days). Goldfinch Boutique tags must be attached to all items being returned. We do not cover return shipping fees.


Items that will not be accepted for return

  • Items purchased with a promotional discount
  • Items purchased that are on sale or clearance
  • Items without the tags attached
  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items with deodorant or make up stains
  • Items with odors (perfume, smoke, pets, etc)

Goldfinch Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, accessories, handbags, totes, perfumes, cosmetics, lip care, beauty care, belts, bathing suits, handbags, leather goods or gift cards. Items purchased at a pop-up shop or in-person markets are considered final sale and cannot be returned. 

Items purchased on promotional discounts are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

All refunds will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase, less shipping.

Returns and exchanges must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition and must have the original tags attached.

In the event your return is denied for any reason, Goldfinch Boutique will return the merchandise back to the purchaser at their expense.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost returned packages or compensation for the lost returned package.

All refused shipments by customer after order shipped will be charged a 25% restocking fee, as well as all shipping costs.

All returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Goldfinch Boutique.

Return Processing Time

Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. We will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase. You will receive an email notice when the credit has been issued. If you have any questions, please email shopgoldfinchboutique@gmail.com.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Pop-Up Shop or Market 

Items purchased in-person through pop-up shops or markets are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
