1. How do I book a private shopping appointment?

You can easily schedule your private appointment through our online appointment request link or by calling/texting us directly at 618.599.1831. Appointments are required in advance to ensure a personalized experience.


2. What can I expect during a private appointment?

Your appointment includes one-on-one access to a personal stylist in our boutique, exclusive access to our latest collections, and complimentary beverages. We tailor the session to your style, needs, and preferences—so you leave feeling confident and inspired. If you are not wanting personal styling services, that's perfectly fine as well! Enjoy your time shopping in the showroom as you would in a traditional retailer. 


3. Is there a fee to book an appointment?

No, private styling appointments are complimentary. There’s no obligation to purchase—just come ready to explore and enjoy a personalized shopping experience.


4. Can I bring a friend or family member?

Absolutely! We welcome you to bring guests with you. Just let us know when booking so we can prepare the space accordingly.


5. What kind of beverages do you offer?

We offer a curated selection of complimentary beverages including sparkling water and wine or champagne (21+). Let us know your preferences ahead of time and we’ll have it ready for you.


6. How long is each appointment?

Appointments typically last between 60 to 90 minutes. If you’d like more time, just let us know when booking—we’re happy to accommodate when possible.


7. What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand life happens. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This helps us offer the same level of service to all our guests.


8. What sizes and styles do you carry?

We carry a curated selection of contemporary women’s fashion in a range of sizes (XS-3X). If you have specific style or sizing needs, let us know ahead of time so we can prepare options just for you.


9. Do you offer styling for special events or wardrobe consultations?

Yes! Whether you're shopping for an event, vacation, or wardrobe refresh, we offer personalized styling services to meet your needs. Share your goals with us when booking and we’ll take care of the rest.


10. Where are you located and is there parking?

We’re located in Downtown Terre Haute. Street parking is available. You'll receive detailed directions and arrival instructions when you book your appointment.
